clean
After dealing with my mom, getting laid off, and starting my freelancing; I have decided it's time to detox, lose weight, and start exercising more. I am doing The Clean Program. In the morning I drink a shake/vitamins, lunch on anything healthy with vitamins and shake/vitamins at night. I started Wednesday at 145lbs. My goal is to get down to 130lbs in March and 120lbs by June. Wish me luck and don't tempt me to eat and drink!

Good job girl! I am proud of you, and when you want to run with me sometime we will find a race ad go for it. We should try a half marathon first. Take it one day at a time. If you need any support in this, I am here for you!
Thanks Chris! I promise, towards the end of the year, we are at least doing a half marathon!
